Cancellation Policy
Deposit is non-refundable UNLESS the cancellation was made by me. No call no show results in not being able to book again.
Late Fees: after 10 minutes there is a $10 late fee. After 20 minutes there is a automatic cancellation. You may reschedule appointment ONE time using your previous deposit. I charge a cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
